The Keto diet, also known as "ketogenic" is a low-carbohydrate, fat-rich eating plan that has been used for
centuries. As per the history books, in the 19th century the ketogenic diet was commonly used to help
control diabetes. It is as an effective treatment for epilepsy in children and adult alike. The "Ketogenic"
diet has also been tested and used in closely monitored settings for cancer, diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome,

The ketogenic diet has been shown to produce beneficial metabolic changes. This diet or should I say a way of life
is great for losing weight. And poor health associated with carrying excess weight have improved - such as insulin
resistance, high blood pressure, and elevated cholesterol and triglycerides.
There's several theories that exist as to why the "Ketogenic" diet promotes weight loss.
As per the experts, here are some of the reason why it works.
- A satiating effect with decreased food cravings due to the high-fat content of the diet.
- A decrease in appetite-stimulating hormones, such as insulin and ghrelin, when eating
restricted amounts of carbohydrate.
- A direct hunger-reducing role of ketone bodies—the body’s main fuel source on the diet.
- Increased calorie expenditure due to the metabolic effects of converting fat and protein to glucose.
- Promotion of fat loss versus lean body mass, partly due to decreased insulin levels.

Fasting is a wonderful way to help you lose weight. Yes, we can eat great low carb foods and exercise, but fasting will help you with Autophagy. This is a way
to recycle your cellular recycling. This process happens after 17+ hours. This process also helps with your loose skin after a major weight lose.

Benifit of D3/K2
Vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 work closely together. Both support the absorption of calcium in the small
intesties. Vitamin K2 takes the calcium from the blood and transports it to the bones/teeth.
It activates a protein that keeps calcium out of the arteries, joints, and other areas of the body where it shouldn't be.
K2 has many additional potential benefits like supporting heathly blood sugar levels to improving wrinkles.
Now, animal fats are a great source of the MK4 version of K2. A different from of vitamin K2 called "MK7" come from bacteria in
foods like cheese and femented foods. People who cuts fatty foods from their diet are at risk for a vitamin K2 deficiency.
