Once, you click on the blue button a membership form will display. Enter your credit card information and click the "Subscribe" button. You will be displayed with an email form. Enter your email and click on the "Submit New Email" button. A secure link will be sent to your email address. Proceed to click the link for the signup form. It is that easy.
